A military veteran with over a decade of hands-on leadership across federal, DoD, and large-scale drug testing programs, Terrence has supported organizations with workforces of up to 37,000 members—where accuracy, integrity, and strict protocol adherence are non-negotiable.
With a B.S. in Sociology and an M.A. in Psychology, his academic grounding in human behavior directly informs how MCG designs training and compliance programs that create lasting, defensible workplace safety cultures.
